Whether you have small breasts, or a large chest, choosing the right sports bra based on your size and activity level is key to performance and comfort. Even if you have a small chest, your breasts can move as much as 6cm when exercising. Getting the right level of support is essential.

Our Medium-Impact Empower Sports Bra is designed to have the support of a high-impact sports bra, but the comfort of a breathable sports top. This is best for activities such as cycling, fitness classes, gym work and running (for us women with a smaller breast size). The high coverage allows the sports bra to be worn without a top, perfect for warmer workouts.

Featuring our Overband technology, this focuses on upwards motion as well as downwards, making this sports bra best for equestrian, jump rope (skipping), pole dancing and gymnastics. Being a white sports bra, this is also ideal for dressage and equestrian eventing.

Our Empower bra has great eco-credentials. We use sustainable materials in the form ECONYL^® regenerated nylon fibre, which is derived from disgarded fishing nets and other nylon waste. This provides a durable fabric that ensures the highest performance levels for longer.

Our White Empower Sports Bra pairs perfectly with all of our Leggings to make a sports bra and legging set and a matching workout outfit.

Q: What is a Pre-Tensioned Overband?
A: The Overband is a stiffened panel that runs over the top of the breasts to provide support in the upward motion. On the Empower Medium-Impact Sports Bra this is pre-tensioned, so that when worn, the Overband pulls downwards, offering the increased level of support required.

Q: What is the difference between ‘Hook and Eye’ and ‘Slot and Snap’ Clasps?
A: A Hook and Eye Clasp is what is traditionally seen on bras and sports bras alike. It consists of rows of metal ‘eyes’ on one side, and a single column of metal hooks on the other. The column of metal hooks are positioned inside the metal eyes to secure the bra.

A Slot and Snap Clasp is a new innovation of fastening. It features one plastic moulded piece on one side, and several positions for the mould piece to be slotted into. Once slotted into position, the fastening is snapped forward, locking the mechanism and securing the bra.

Q: What Sports should I use my Empower Sports Bra for?
A: The Empower Sports Bra has been engineered for sports and activities that require a medium level of support. These include but are not limited to team sports, fitness classes, gym workouts and cycling.

Q: Can the Empower Sports Bra be worn alone or without a sports top?
A: Yes, the high-coverage of our sports bra mean the wearer can feel secure in just their sports bra.
