Can't make any of these? Fittings run whenever we are open, booked or walk in, and virtual fittings are still free from anywhere in the world.

In store

What to expect when you walk in

This is not a lingerie counter. It is a fitting room built by an engineer who spent years testing sports bras in a lab and still could not find one that held her own chest.

A selected range, changing regularly

We carry a chosen edit of the range rather than every style in every colour, and it rotates. Whatever is on the rail, it is there to try on properly, not a sample size and an order form.

Friendly fitters to find your perfect bra

Trained on Overbandยฎ Technology, and on what happens to support when the band is a size too big. Around 20 minutes, 1-to-1, free, and no purchase required afterwards.

A changing room you can move in

Room to run on the spot, jump, and reach overhead, because a bra that fits standing still is not the same as a bra that holds you at mile eight.

Bringing a team, a club or a class?

Private group sessions outside opening hours. Group fittings, a team rate, and someone to explain the sizing to all of you at once.

Free fittings

Book a fitting, or just turn up

Fittings run all the time we are open and take around 20 minutes. Booked appointments come first, and walk-ins get seen whenever a fitter is free, which is most of the time. Free either way, and no obligation to buy afterwards.

Worth bringing: the sports bra you wear now, even if you hate it. Kit you actually train in, so you can layer over the top. And any fit problems you have had, whether it is riding up, digging in, rubbing or gaping.

By train

3 minute walk from Berkhamsted station

The station is on the same road as us, so you can be in the changing room a few minutes after stepping off. Trains from London Euston run around every 15 minutes and take 30 to 40 minutes. Also direct from Watford Junction, Hemel Hempstead, Tring and Milton Keynes. The station has step-free access.

By car

About 10 minutes from M25 junction 20

Leave the A41 at the junction signposted Chesham, then follow the signs for Berkhamsted. Come down the hill to the High Street traffic lights and go straight over onto Lower Kings Road. We are on the left before the canal bridge. Sat nav HP4 2AB.

Parking

NCP multi-storey directly opposite

The multi-storey is across the road from our door, so you can park and be with a fitter in under a minute. Water Lane, Canal Fields and St John's Well Lane are all within about five minutes on foot if it is full. Charges to confirm.

By bus

Stop is 20 metres up the road

The 500, 501 and 502 run Aylesbury to Watford via Tring, Northchurch, Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead. The 354 runs to and from Chesham, and the 29, 30 and 31 from Hemel Hempstead. The stop is a few steps from our door.

By bike or on foot

Straight off the canal towpath

The Grand Union towpath runs right behind us, so you can walk or ride in from Northchurch, Bourne End or Hemel Hempstead without touching a road. Berkhamsted sits on the Chilterns Cycleway. From the High Street, turn down Lower Kings Road at the traffic lights.

Coming from London?

Euston to our changing room is under 45 minutes door to door, and you do not need a car at either end. If you have never had a proper fitting, that is a morning well spent.

Questions

Before you come

Do I need an appointment?

No. Book if you want a fitter guaranteed at a set time, or walk in and we will fit you whenever one is free, which is most of the time. Booked appointments do get seen first.

Is the fitting really free?

Yes, and there is no purchase required afterwards. If nothing works for you, we would rather you left with the right measurements than the wrong bra.

Do you have my size in the shop?

We carry a selected part of the range in store and it changes regularly, so not every style and colour is here at once. If you are after something specific, message us before you set off and we will tell you what is on the rail, or put one aside.

How long does a fitting take?

Around 20 minutes for the fitting itself, longer if you want to try several styles. Allow 45 minutes if you are new to the brand and want to compare.

Can I return an online order to the shop?

Not at the moment. Online orders go back through the returns portal, which is free within 28 days. Start a return.

Can I collect an online order in store?

Not at the moment. Everything ordered online is posted out to you.

Is the shop accessible?

There is an accessible changing room. TO CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING: step-free entry, accessible toilet, anything else worth naming.

Can I bring my kids?

TO CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING: pram space, feeding, somewhere for kids to sit.

Can you host my club or team?

Yes. Private sessions run outside opening hours for clubs, teams and groups. Tell us how many of you there are and we will sort a date.
